It is designed and distributed by RAVX INC. The frames are High-Modulus carbon fiber and are sold with a carbon fork and steerer, and a FSA Orbit headset.

SOLIS also introduces a complete road bike line-up, spec’d with SRAM’s latest
road group sets. They are manufactured to stringent safety specifications and
are sold with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

SOLIS also offers optional high-end RAVX component build kits,
providing excellent value for money.
